Edmund Braye, 1st Baron Braye

Edmund Braye, 1st Baron Braye (c. 1484-18 October 1539), was an English peer.
Braye was the son of John Braye of Eaton Bray in Bedfordshire. He served as Sheriff of Bedfordshire between 1514 and 1515 and of Sussex and Surrey in 1522. He was knighted in 1513 and in 1529 he was summoned to the House of Lords as Baron Braye, of Eaton Bray in the County of Bedford. Lord Braye married Jane, daughter of Sir Richard Halliwell. He died in October 1839 and was succeeded in the barony by his son John. Lady Braye died in 1558.
