I wonder what we're trying to get at with question 4: "Why has this article been tagged?" Does this mean tagged for deletion? J-ſtan!^Talk_Contribs 02:14, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

No, tagged with a maintenance tag. I often get asked that by newbies, so I wanted to add a brief explanation of what they signify and how we use them (eg, many newbies think that someone else has to review and remove the tag once the issue has been fixed). I have created some content for the copyright advice, but I would appreciate some input from you all about its accuracy, given the importance of getting it right.
