Reviews

I found nothing of concern, and I offer my sympathy regarding that unfortunate block you had. You're following all the rules, and you are distributing your efforts wisely. In particular, I commend you for taking advantage of talk pages to propose improvements and/or deletion of articles.

One minor mistake I found was this. By convention in WP:MOSDAB, the only links on disambiguation pages should be to the derivative pages themselves. See also: Wikipedia:Disambiguation pages aren't articles.

I would encourage you to start working on backlogs. One of my favorite backlogs at the moment is uncategorized pages, and from experience, a sizable minority of these pages are speedy candidates that somehow slipped past newpage patrol. You can use your acquired skills to tag those, and to find categories for the others.

Oh, I tagged your aborted RFA for speedy deletion. (It was two months old.) You need a couple more months experience if you want adminship, but you're on the right track.

I wish you good luck. Shalom Hello 02:56, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
While I am certainly please with the few articles I created from scratch, I'd actually say I'm more pleased with my contributions to video game related articles. I'm also particularly pleased with my "tidying up" of Wikipedia: new page patrolling, reverting vandalism, reporting users to AIV, helping on AfD, etc.
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Well, I've never been in an edit war, but I have had stressful moments. The epitome of stress was when I was accidentally blocked by an admin. I was able to sort it out via e-mail and was unblocked within minutes.
