[edit] J Clear
J Clear (talk ยท contribs) I've been at this over a year now. I figure it's past time to see if I'm doing anything wrong or what I can do better. Besides a friendly flaming every now and then is good for the soul [dons asbestos undergarments]. J Clear 13:48, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
PS: I need not be told that my spelling is atrocious. --J Clear 15:39, 14 July 2007 (UTC)

Questions
- Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
- Two things leap to mind. I'm always pleased about creating a new article, but especially one where there were existing red links to it (latest Lost River Caverns) or where my Stub or Start class article inspires other editors (e.g. Boston Whaler, Haskell-class attack transport). The second is my work outside the mainspace for WikiProject Ships. In particular introducing the project banner {{WikiProject Ships}}, creating a family of templates that other Ships editors have found very useful (i.e. {{USS}}, {{HMS}}, {{sclass}}), and overhauling the project pages.
- Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
- I got a bit stressed when another editor moved what was then a stub into Bexley Hall. At the time it did not seem to meet the notability requirement for a primary page and I have a personal attachment to Bexley Hall dormitory that occupied the space previously. I think I tried to deal with it in acceptable manner. I eventually let it go when an admin who helped with the move was unconvinced. I've gotten a lot better at letting things go that are assumed good faith unless they are clearly a change for the worse.
- You seem to have averything in order, I find no diagnosis of "editcountitis" or anything else that may be detramental to your editting. You also have an outstanding record of using edit summaries here, which is good. I'd say you are handling everything just fine. TomStar81 (Talk) 19:13, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
