Codelyoko193 (talk · contribs) I would like to have an editor review to see how I am doing on Wikipedia and what I can do to become better. Codelyoko193 Talk 13:46, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

Reviews

I apologize on behalf of the Editor review project for ignoring your request until now. We are a group of volunteers, and though fairness would dictate a "first-come, first-served" process, in reality it doesn't happen like that.

I reviewed your editing patterns and found a few ways you might improve:

  • Use edit summaries more often. They help other editors see what you have done. Exception: if you make a long series of edits to the same article at the same time, one or two summaries is enough.
  • Spend more time editing articles, and less time editing your userpage and user subpages. Userspace is important to orient yourself and communicate with others, but the encyclopedia is the reason why this collection of web pages exists.
  • Consider getting involved in Wikiprojects. Wikipedia:WikiProject Reality TV needs someone to revive what has become an inactive project, and Wikipedia:Video games (includes computer games) may also interest you.

I wish you good luck. Shalom Hello 21:02, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Thank you. I was really into my userpage (like many users have been), but I am starting to get out of that. I really need to use edit summaries, and I will join WP:VG right now. Thanks, Codelyoko193 Talk 22:48, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
I feel my edits to various pages, especially articles relating to Code Lyoko, have been helpful. I also sometimes have "projects", a time to improve a certain article or a series of articles, like when I cleaned up a few of the Duelist Pack articles relating to Yu-Gi-Oh!
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
No, I have not been in conflicts, but once Angie Y. canvassed me about User:TTN's merging of the Code Lyoko episodes. I just voiced my opinion by saying that the episodes should have been merged.
