[edit] Claidheamohmor

Claidheamohmor (talk · contribs) I'm new here (3 days I think). Most of my edits have been vandalism reversions that I find when patrolling the recent changes. I want to know if there's anything I need to improve on. Claidheamohmor 02:08, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

  • It is way, WAY too early for a review for you. What can we possibly have learned in three days? Your edit summary usage looks great, so keep that up. Nearly half of your edits have taken place on user talk pages and, as you said, most of your article contributions have been vandalism reversions. Of course, you're off to a great start. But what are you interested in? Go find a WikiProject and get involved. Start contributing to articles. Like I said, you're off to a great start and I'm sure you'll become a valuable asset to Wikipedia. Wikipedia has a lot to offer as well.↔NMajdantalk 21:22, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
  • Generally, you're doing more good than bad. I would advise you, first of all, to slow down. Take a breather from vandal-fighting to familiarize yourself with the broad outlines of the project, such as Wikipedia:Wikipedia is an Encyclopedia and Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. If you have an interest in fixing or deleting problematic pages, you might want to try the pages on Wikipedia:Cleanup and WP:DEAD. You also need to become familiar with Wikipedia:Copyright because you have uploaded images and not all of them are in the public domain. Your interactions with other users on the talk page are generally good; however, I don't think you assumed good faith with the fellow who was writing about the faces of celebrities. Finally, like the other reviewer said, you should devote some effort to expanding Wikipedia, and not only cleaning other people's messes. YechielMan 10:51, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
