Hi. To do that, you have to use this format:
[http://www.google.com Google], which becomes: Google.
I.e., you have to type a square bracket, then the link, then a space, then the text, then the closing bracket. For more information, you can read Help:Links. Mushroom (Talk) 17:59, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

Okay, well the award is an Super Smiley award and you can find what it looks like in my sandpit. Oh, also can you change a part on your What is a Barnstar Battalion page to make it more accurate. its the part that says that it is "a group of people you and Swirlex want to make" to "a group that Swirlex wants to make" because I was the Creater of the Battalion. You need to close the font command thing as well as open it, with a </font>. Like this-

another try- well I copied your name into my code lol and stuff, and it seemed to like it, thought I can't tell what I did different to my previous attempt to help. Oh and yes, tick the box that says 'raw signature', then hit save. It said 'invalid html' because there was something wrong with the code I suggested to you at first. If you make a wikifauna people will try to delete it, as some people think there are too many wikifauna. They tried to delete my WP:WikiSloth and they still want to prune the wikifauna at some point, some people.:( I suggest first making it in your userspace, and maybe keeping it there if you don't want it to be at risk of death. Oh I'm sure that's not true:) But there's no need to answer him if it's not something you don't feel up to doing. I've took the liberty of leaving a msg on his talk page, anyway.:) If you feel strongly that an admin needs to intervene, at any point in your time on wiki, you can have a word with a friendly one or leave a message for the admins on WP:ANI telling them what's happening. The admins etc like to see people editing encyclopedia articles, or their talk pages. Now I'm not much better at this than you, as I'm a naturally chatty person and tend to lurk in wikipedia or user space. :) So I'll make an effort to do more too lol.:) What I'd like you to do is each day you are on wikipedia at any point over the next week, make at least 2 edits to mainspace articles that interest you, or their talk pages. Of course this is completely voluntary, but could be fun. I hope you don't mind my suggestion.:) You are pretty much doing this but keep it up and try and do a bit more on mainspace articles, and the admins will adore you.:) Sticky Parkin 00:02, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

being a wiktardis is fine- Special:Random is great when you want an idea for something to edit, I quite often use it. Ah, thanks I changed the smiley to Mrs:) It's easy to assume people are male on wiki, because I do think there are more male editors, so usually you'd be right.
