Why are you inserting {{fact}} tags dated June to PayPal? --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 17:22, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

I am new but have added the tags althogh not properley dated to inaccurate parts of the article. The BBB does not process claims against anyone and the protection policies do not protect against an improper snad under many circumstances even when the seller has been found to have not miss-represented the item sold. --Edit Fixer (talk) 03:58, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 03:52, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

A Snad is an Significantly Not As Described Claim An improper snad would be one made on baseless grounds or one for an issue that is not significant such as a slightly different shade the one seen in the photo or it came with dust on it making it not like new when the dust did not damage the item in any way. A claim is honored against the seller if the buyer returned the item and the seller is not protected and the claim will be honored despite the seller being honest with the description of the item. The part that says

"If the seller has not been found to have misrepresented the item in a significant way, then the buyer's claim will be denied and the buyer will have no further opportunity for claims of any type using PayPal's systems. The only recourse the buyer would possibly have at that point would be through their credit card company"

is not completely true and needs clarification on limitations of what is covered and what is not, as it implies the seller is protected as long as they are not found to be at fault. --Edit Fixer (talk) 07:41, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
