Though this copyrighted image's use is permissible according to U.S. fair use laws for the following reasons:
- This is a low resolution version of the album/single cover.
- The inclusion of this image does not damage the image's owner's right to sell the album/single.
- This cannot feasibly be used to create illegal copies of the album/single.
- The image relates directly to a mention of the recording in the article.
- This image was made famous by Edie Brickell, Tin Tin Out, Sy Smith and Emma Bunton and is therefore significant to this article.
