The Editto Bulgaro or Bulagrian Edict is a statement of Silvio Berlusconi, at the time Prime Minister of Italy, about the behavior of journalist or Tv star in the Italian media system. This statement was pronounced during a press conference with Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha at the time Prime Minister of Bulgaria on 18 April 2002.

[edit] English translation
The use that Biagi, and which is the name of the other one, Santoro, no the other one Luttazzi, have done in the past of the state owned Television, paid with the money of everyone, is a crime. I believe that it is a duty of the new management to not allow these facts to happen again.
[edit] Aftermath
After this statement the new management of RAI doesn't allow Biagi , Santoro and Luttazzi to work with the state owned Italian Tv. Biagi and Santoro were allowed to work with RAI after the defeat of House of Freedoms in the Italian election of 2006, but Daniele Luttazzi has had to wait the call of La7 that has censored him another time in the end of 2007.
