It is in fact part of the district, as I have now found it noted in a map included in the NRHP text for the district. See the NRHP text PDF file, a reference in the Hudson River Historic District article. It would be great if you or someone else would add more detail on Edgewater from that document. doncram 03:10, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
