This includes but is not limited to boy and girl organizations, WAGGGS and WOSM organizations as well as those not so affiliated, country and region-specific topics, and anything else related to Scouting. Edgar Robinson was instrumental in the formation of the Boy Scouts of America, and was the unofficial Chief Scout Executive prior to the recruiting of James E. West for that position. I created this brief article where previously others had created the link to a not-yet-existing article
