Edgar Balseca Toral (born in June 1942) is an Ecuadorian artist who was born in Salinas, Ecuador. From an early age he was interested in art. Their studies conducted in his home country, Ecuador and the United States of America. Throughout his artistic life has been highlighted as an artist painter of oil on canvas is his style realism and surrealism. Balseca has made countless presentations and exhibitions of his art nationally and internationally. Most of his artistic career took place in North americas, where he lived many years with his wife and three children.
Has been the laudable work of Edgar Balseca as professor of art at different locations in Quito, Guayaquil and in several U.S. cities, and has received tributes and recognition publications. In recent years, the new artistic expression of Balseca has been sculpture. For the beauty of fighting bulls and the art of bullfighting, which has always been his passion, is that today we can find bullfighting magnificent works with his impressive strength and realism.
