Edgar Bismarck Andrade (born March 2, 1988) in Veracruz, Veracruz is a Mexican football player who plays the role of midfielder. He made his debut in Cruz Azul on January 28, 2006 in a game against Atlas which resulted in a tie. He is part of the Mexican team that made history by winning the U-17 World Cup in 2005 along with great upcoming stars like Giovanni Dos Santos and Carlos Vela. He was slowly winning a permanent spot on his current team, Cruz Azul but he suffered a dramatic fracture while attempting to recover a ball for his team and twisted his ankle. After many months of recovery, he returned to the field in 2007 and has become an important starting eleven player on the team. Rumors say that some English teams are interesting in signing Andrade in the summer transfer.
