Edder Alfonso Pérez Consuegra or Edder Pérez is a football player from San Felipe, Venezuela born on July 3, 1983 and Venezuela as a Defender.
The Venezuelan Defender capable of playing anywhere in the backline started his career at Caracas FC where he quicky made the defence his home and was a fan Favourite at the club. After only one season of at the club the youngster joined BWINLIGA club CS Maritimo on loan from Caracas who did not want to sell the talisman of the squad so they loaned him out to the club with Maritimo having the option of signing him.
The central defender, Venezuelan international, was selected as part of Venezuela's squad for the 2007 Copa America tournament, which is held in his home country.
His first game in the Copa America 2007 were he played a major role in the attacking aspect as his country ran out 2-0 winners against Peru.
