Ed O'Ross (born 4 July 1949)[1] is an American actor perhaps best known for playing the giggling spectacled gangster Itchy in Dick Tracy (film).

O'Ross was born Edward Orss in Pensacola, Florida.[1]
Prior to becoming an actor O'Ross had a brief career as a boxer and a minor league baseball player.

He has starred in many films and has coincidentally played several Russian characters including villain Viktor Rosta in Walter Hill's action film Red Heat and Nikolai, one of Ruth Fisher's love interests on the HBO series Six Feet Under.

His films include The Cotton Club, Full Metal Jacket, Lethal Weapon, The Hidden, Another 48 Hours, and Universal Soldier.
Guest TV appearances include Six Feet Under, Boston Legal, Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and CSI: New York.
