Ed Mundell is the lead guitarist for the American stoner rock band Monster Magnet. He joined the band in 1992 and he is currently the band's oldest member aside from Dave Wyndorf.

Mundell grew up in New Jersey. In 1992 he joined Monster Magnet to replace John McBain. He has been a member since then. Along with Chris Kosnik of "Godspeed" they formed Atomic Bitchwax in 1992. He left the band 2002 to focus fully on Monster Magnet.

Mundell has been married to Karen M. Murphy since 2006.[1]
