Edward B. Blaylock (Born June 10, 1946 in Dallas, Texas) is a voice actor and radio announcer who was born and raised in the Dallas area and has lived in different regions of the United States and abroad. He attended North Texas State University and received a degree in Communications (Radio, TV, Film; Drama). His radio experience began on campus at KNTU FM where he hosted a classical music program.
He served in the United States Peace Corps as a media specialist for the government health service of the island nation of Antigua and Barbuda. His job duties included producing and directing public service announcements for broadcast on the government television and radio stations.
He is an actor who has appeared in stage productions, children's educational theater, summerstock theater, industrial videos, played character roles in independent feature motion pictures, and appeared in local and national television commercials. He does character voices for animated series such as the "Fuhrer" in Full Metal Alchemist, as well as numerous other characters in Dragonball Z, YuYu Hakusho, Grappler Baki, and others.
He has worked in various capacities in a wide variety of media productions, which include script writer, cinematography, editor, grip and production assistant, and done location sound in feature motion pictures, TV commercials, industrials and short films.
