EA Elections Thanks
Hi Ed :)
Thank you so very much for your kind vote. I hope that I can live up to the high standards set by others AC members, and help continue Esperanza down it's wonderful path. All the best, Thε Halo Θ 11:50, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
PS: Thanks for the nice message on my talkpage.

I didn't read it word for word, but it appears to be identical. Now we can make some major reference updates, removing some of the gamefaqs (?) references that were desperately added. Good job on your quix retrieval. Hyenaste (tell) 02:37, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
Thanks for the balloons!
Thanks for the balloons on my talk page, they really cheered up my day! J.J.Sagnella(Happy first wiki-anniversary to me) 16:21, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
HELP ME!!!
My main userpage at User:Ed isn't loading properly.--EdI'm lonely, talk to me contribs 18:11, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
Your user page seems to be working fine...I suggest defining exactly what problem you're having. Here's a good resource for asking tech questions [1] Antonrojo 18:15, 9 October 2006 (UTC)

Unblocking Cute 1 4 u
So, I checked her talk page, and saw that you asked to unblock her. I'm all for that, but how do we do it? I know you know (lol), but just wondering... I'll see ya around, cheers! •The RSJ (Central—Say What?!—CCD)• 01:40, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

Belated Birthday Thanks
Hi Ed, thanks for the birthday wishes. An unexpected wikibreak kept me from replying to you until now, so sorry about that :( Anyway, thanks very much for the message, and happy birthday to your mum as well :) Thε Halo Θ 12:41, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
Unblocked?
Hello | ||
Hmm.. Yeah so I heard that Cute 1 4 u is going to be unblocked. I'm still confuzzled as to why she was blocked in the first place. It's kind of silly that one little girl made so many admins freak out and cause so much trouble. I mean was she really that bad? I'm seeing guys tell other guys to "fuck off" and "blow me" Why doesn't that take priority instead of kooky editing styles? Good luck with those weekly mental challenges whose purpose is to enrich your knowledge! GOOOOOO YOU!!! Sweet Pinkette 22:12, 14 October 2006 (UTC) |

- -GASP- You said "exams!!" ^__^ I took a look at the Arbitration Committee page. I'm all for democracy but I still think it's crap that she got banned and now she's almost infamous for being banned. I'm still not clear on what she was banned for aside from her editing habits. Ridiculous... Sweet Pinkette 22:40, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Re:Drill
Excellent idea. As silly things can happen in the heat of the moment, it is a good idea to have the procedures looked over before commiting them to official policy. And we may come up with better ideas after the heat of battle the drill.
Oh, I forgot to mention that I'm going to be busy in political meetings today until probably 21 - 23:00 UTC, so I won't be able to give my input. I suggest extending the drill to 05:00 hours to allow other persons in different time zones and those currently busy to give their input. — Editor at Large(speak) 16:31, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
- I am in Melbourne and its currently 2:30 am. I reckon we need to make a role list, who are on, who are off. So we know who will reply the message in a particular time. Also if someone attack WikiLand :P Cheers -- Imoeng 16:33, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
- Good idea. List of participants and time zones, and times of usual availability (for me, during lunch and around 5:00 - 9:00 EST. Last night I was writing until 3:45 AM, when everyone else stopped writing.) — Editor at Large(speak) 16:41, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
OK?
If you don't mind, I put the thing where you can change the header of the page on my page. See ya around - •The RSJ• (Say What?!—CCD—Give Me Some Ideas!) 01:53, 16 October 2006 (UTC)

re: RuneScape Peer Review
Hi Ed,
I'm not talking about fair use templates, I'm talking about fair use rationales. See [2] this image description for an idea of what I mean.
Per the image use policy, the uploader of a fair use image must provide reasons why he/she believes the image qualifies under fair use laws. The standard reasons given are:
- It serves to illustrate an important point in the article
- It is of low (web) resolution (preferably no more than 500 pixels in either direction)
- It does not interfere with the copyright holder's ability to use/sell the image/product
- No free image could effectively illustrate the point you are trying to make
Look at any of the CVG FP's, and you'll see that they all have fair use rationales for their respective images.
Hope this helps, Green451 17:41, 21 October 2006 (UTC)

I can't seem to get my userboxes straight on my userpage.--EdI'm lonely, talk to me contribs 22:16, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
- Fixed. You have to use {{userboxbreak}} where you want a subtitle. The Roman Catholic box wasn't working where it was, so I had to move it. Try playing with it to see if it'll work somewhere else. -Royalguard11(Talk·Desk) 23:01, 21 October 2006 (UTC)

Dogs and cats
Actually they don't fight. Two of my cats aren't bothered by the dogs. One cat just meows at them when they get two close and my fourth cat just hisses and runs away from them. -SaturnYoshi THE VOICES 02:37, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Vandal on my talk page
Hi Ed, thanks for removing the fake block message from my page and telling me about the vandal. Titoxd has blocked him for disruption and trolling, so I'll keep an eye on the vandal when the block ends. Thanks again mate :) Thε Halo Θ 10:16, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
