ECW Ultimate Jeopardy was a professional wrestling supercard event held by Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) in 1994, 1996 and 1997.

The 1994 event was held on March 26, 1994 in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
- Crash the Terminator defeated Pitbull #1
- 911 defeated Hack Meyers, Don E. Allen and Blue Max
- ECW World Television Championship: JT Smith defeated Rockin' Rebel to retain the title.
- Bruise Brothers (Ron Harris and Don Harris) defeated Badd Company (Paul Diamond and Pat Tanaka)
- Tommy Cairo defeated The Sandman
- Jimmy Snuka defeated Tommy Dreamer in a Steel Cage Match
- ECW World Heavyweight Championship: Shane Douglas, Mr. Hughes and The Public Enemy (Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge) defeated Road Warrior Hawk, Kevin Sullivan, The Tazmaniac and Terry Funk in an Ultimate Jeopardy match. Terry Funk's ECW Heavyweight title was on the Line. Douglas pinned Funk. As a result, Douglas won the ECW Title.

The 1996 event was held on October 5, 1996 in the ECW Arena, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Louie Spicolli defeated Doug Furnas.
- Mikey Whipwreck defeated JT Smith.
- Taz defeated Johnny Smith in a Submission Match.
- The Eliminators (Perry Saturn and John Kronus) defeated The Samoan Gangsta Party (Fatu and Samu).
- ECW World Tag Team Championship: The Gangstas (New Jack and Mustapha Saed) fought to a No Contest with Steven Richards and Blue Meanie.
- ECW World Tag Team Championship: The Gangstas (New Jack and Mustapha Saed) defeated The Eliminators (Perry Saturn and John Kronus).
- Bam Bam Bigelow defeated Terry Gordy.
- D-Von Dudley defeated Bubba Ray Dudley.
- ECW World Television Championship: Shane Douglas fought to No Contest with Pitbull #2 to retain the title
- ECW World Heavyweight Championship:Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman defeated Steven Richards and Brian Lee. Due to a pre-match stipulation Sandman won the World Heavyweight title.
