Ecstasy of Saint Theresa (EOST) is an Czech shoegaze band formed in 1990 by Jan Muchow and Irna Libowitz. Early influences included Siouxsie and the Banshees, Cocteau Twins and My Bloody Valentine.

By 1999 the band comprised Jan P. Muchow and actress-singer Kateřina Winterová and had moved away from earlier influences towards a post rock ambience.
