[edit] License tagging for Image:Logo Ecopave Australia.png
Thanks for uploading Image:Logo Ecopave Australia.png. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 08:06, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
We are hereby giving Wikipedia notice that Ecopave Australia wishes to "withdraw" the "Copyright" permission that was granted to Wikipedia immediately. The Copyright use is hereby withdrawn on the grounds that Wikipedia has acted in "bad faith" when it requested for the copyright release for Ecopave's article contributions, because soon after the copyright authority was given, all Ecopave Australia article contributions ie, Ecopave Australia, GEO320 and Mastic Roller Hybrid articles including the addition to the "Asphalt" section titled were deleted except for the ones that Wikipedia wanted to keep like this; ( Approximately 2000 million tonnes of asphalt bitumen is used around the world...) . The "Asphalt" article in Wikipedia now contains a section of copyright information from Ecopave's website - ( Approximately 2000 million tonnes of asphalt bitumen is used...) this addition by Ecopave included a Copyright notice at the footer of the page which was also removed by your administrators in a malicious manner. The conclusion that Ecopave Australia is forced to draw from this is that Wikipedia appears to request copyright permission from editors as in this case Ecopave Australia and once such permission is given it allows its selected administrators to block the user while they remove all additions and articles thereby "high jacking" the copyrighted content from the originating authors by making minor alteration. Ecopave Australia also demans that Wikipedia remove all statements made against Ecopave Australia and its administrators or users immediately or Defamation action against Wikipedia will be taken.Ecopave 07:28, 10 October 2006 (UTC)

You have a rather novel concept of "defamation," and of our obligation to let your company use Wikipedia as a free advertising venue, but that's not the point. Due to legal threats in violation of policy, I'll be protecting this page from further editing. Luna Santin 07:30, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
