EICAR The International Film School of Paris (Ecole Internationale de Creation Audiovisuelle et de RĂ©alisation) is a private film school that was founded in 1976 and is located just north of Paris.
The school offers a three-year course in film directing along with training in camera, sound, editing, enabling students to acquire a BFA in filmmaking, as well as a recently installed Masters course in film directing. EICAR has a considerable reputation within the European industry as a film school and as an independent, short-film production house.
