[edit] Malaysian hospitals
Dear sir
EBOO is not provided by reputable Hospitals in Malaysia. Please check with the Ministry of health Malaysia. Your announcement is misleading and it effects the reputation of Malaysia.

Firstly I did not put the Malaysian reference into this article, I cannot confirm if it is used in public or govt hospitals in Malaysia. I shall remove "hospitals" until it can be further clarified. "reputable hospital" might be difficult to define.
But I am aware EBOO is practiced liberally in private clinics in Malaysia, I could reference these clinics websites but i believe that could infringe on wikipedia's rules regards advertising?
I am aware people travel to Malaysia from the USA and other countries to seek EBOO treatment for a wide range of conditions.
Malaysia is a country that appears to tolerate the practice of ozone therapy. In the USA, Australia and UK people are not always free to seek medical treatments of their choice, these laws that prohibit treatments like EBOO that have not been proven effective by clinical trials are designed to protect the medical industry not patients from bogus health fraud as capitalist western health authority's would have us believe.
In Malaysia people are at liberty to seek EBOO , most would see this as redeeming feature and enhance Malaysia's reputation as a country where people have freedom of choice. Malaysia should be proud that it has not legislated to protect the profitability of corrupt American drug companies and Doctor's associations.
Even though the evidence of it's effectiveness is mostly anecdotal. Doctor's from all over the world have made themselves familiar with EBOO and few have failed to be impressed by the results. Yet it has got absolutely zero press and suppression of clinical trials will continue.
I have heard hear say reports that Mahathir bin Mohamad had EBOO in a Malaysian hospital can this be confirmed or denied?
