This is a scan of the cover of a book from from my own collection. The book can be bought second hand. It was published in 1921 in the UK and USA and the company that commissioned the illustration no longer exists, though the name was sold. I think it is fair to use this image because:
- It is a low resolution image
- The image is a typical example of the artist's work for children's books, which is important to illustrate the article
- An article on an artist needs to be illustrated, otherwise it is merely dry as dust facts
- The Estate of Edmund Blampied, the artist in question, have given approval and I can provide written evidence of such.
