To Do:
- Expand history section area with names of people and companies that occupied the area.
- A map of where the Eastside is and/ or a map of Eastside with the areas of different developments drawn on. A historical map may be useful.
- Concept designs of buildings to be built useful too.
Expansion of major developments. Namely Martineau Galleries, Curzon Park, Ventureast and City Park.

- Major developments have been expanded and the majority have their own articles. I also split section into headings to help structure and make it easier to read. History section is a major part of this article. More images of area would really help too. This is becoming one of my best ever articles. - Erebus555 14:36, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
