When was the name of the Defense Distribution Center changed to "Eastern Distribution Center"? Can we have a citation about this?

Most websites still seem to refer to it as the "Defense Distribution Center," including the ones cited at the bottom of the article. In fact, here's a quote from the first link, under the heading "Defense Distribution Center - New Cumberland": "DDSP is also the site of the Eastern Distribution Center, the largest automated warehouse in the Department of Defense." ( http://www.cumberlandbusiness.com/page.cfm?pag=279 ) It sounds like the Eastern Distribution Center is something else.
