The article has the text:
In Bolivia there are 36,917 people of which 33,670 speak it
It's hard to say what the intent here was (Bolivia, although hardly a populous nation, still has many times more than 36,917 people.
For now, I'm removing reference to the first figure. Perhaps someday the original contributor will reappear and clarify what he was on about..
