[edit] Why the tags and edits were undone

I appreciate your formatting skills. The format changes were an improvement but deleting the references does not improve this article. These references are the documentation of the subject matter and without references, other readers cannot verify the accuracy of the article. The article East Los Streetscapers has now received protection and constructive editing from a competent editor. I am grateful for all honorable editors working to preserve the goal of Wikipedia.
