I removed this from the article; it looks like otherwise non-notable commercial spam:

Seacoast Shores is an approximately 950 home peninsula located in East Falmouth. The Seacoast Shores Association maintains many right of ways and a beautiful private beach. Bayside Beach was replenished in recent years and has since become even more popular among the residents.
