I am the webmaster for Kent Wildlife Trust, authored the document which is reproduced here and am presently redeveloping the Kent Wildlife Trust website. I have emailed permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org regarding this and all other pages added which reference Kent Wildlife Trust information.

I suspected you might have a position with the organization (er, sorry, organisation — I'm American). All you have to is post something on your website that make the contents free to use under the GFDL, then add a note to that effect on the talk page of each article as needed. The best thing to do is add the message on the page template in your Mambo software (which itself uses the [[GNU]/GPL license), so that it will be replicated on all pages. The GFDL Wikipedia page has more details. This would be ideal for your site in general, as it would let other organisations such as schools freely use your material; considering the nature (no pun intended) or your work, that's probably something your group would want.
