Eastern Eurasia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Eastern Eurasia is a term sometimes used to refer to East Asia, South East Asia and the eastern parts of Siberia altogether. It is loosely interchangeable with East Asia, but as this term is often used only for China, Japan, Korea and Mongolia, excluding the regions north and south of it, Eastern Eurasia makes up for a wider concept.
The term is particularly used in the field of human population genetics.
