The Eastern Counties Football League First Division is an English football competition, sitting at Level 10 of the English football league system. The top three clubs at the end of each season are promoted to the Eastern Counties Football League Premier Division, while the bottom club is relegated to one of the lower leagues, dependent on the club's location. The First Division has 19 clubs.
