Eastern Bosphorus
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Eastern Bosphorus (Russian: Босфор Восточный, Bosfor Vostochny) is strait separates the Muravyov-Amursky Peninsula and Russky Island, and connects the Amur Bay and the Ussuri Bay.
It is about 9 km long and only 800 m wide at its narrowest point, and there are many plans to building a bridge or a tunnel for transport and pedestrian connecting Russky Island and mainland Vladivostok.
