East West is a bus and coach operator in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is owned between a joint venture with Dyson's Bus Services and Reservoir Bus Company. As a Melbourne bus company, it operates bus routes under contract from the Victorian State Government. East West operate 4 routes in the northern and north eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

- 560 Broadmeadows - Greensbrough
- 561 Reservoir - Macleod (via La Trobe University & Macleod Station)
- 570 Thomastown - R.M.I.T
- 571 South Morang - Roxburgh Park Station via Epping
Routes 570 & 571 are run by Dysons while 560 & 561 are run by Resivour
