As of the 2005-06 school year, there were 3,471 students enrolled in the East Syracuse-Minoa Central School District, with an individual grade enrollment low of 206 students in kindergarten and a high of 326 in grade eleven. The racial/ethnic makeup of the student population was 92.2% White, 3.2% Black or African American, 1.4% Asian or Pacific Islander, 1.4% Hispanic, and 1.8% Native American.
