"East Side West Side" is a 1966 Motown Records single recorded by Jimmy Ruffin. It was written by Ron Welser and Flamingos member Terry Johnson. Ruffin selected the song to be his follow-up to his major hit "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted".

However, due to a conflict with Motown head executive Berry Gordy it was only released in Australia in 2004 when Motown released a two-disc set of Jimmy Ruffin's work as a part of their "Ultimate Motown Collection" series.
