- East Mountain, the central summit of Brodie Mountain in New Ashford, Massachusetts
- East Mountain (Hampden County, Massachusetts), of the Metacomet Ridge, a mountain in the Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts.
- East Mountain, part of the southern Green Mountains located in Clarksburg, Massachusetts and traversed by the Appalachian Trail.
- East Mountain, a peak of the Berkshires located in southwest Massachusetts, also traversed by the Appalachian Trail.
