The East Lansing Amtrak Station, in East Lansing, Michigan is served by the Blue Water passenger train. It is located at 1240 South Harrison Road on the west edge of the Michigan State University campus, and is along CATA routes 20, 30, and 38. Parking is free but is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The station has public restrooms, payphones, and vending machines, and the indoor waiting area is wheelchair accessible.
Baggage cannot be checked at this location; however, up to two suitcases in addition to any "personal items" such as briefcases, purses, laptop bags, and infant equipment are allowed on board as carry-ons.
