East Lancs Overseas was a subsidiary of the English bus manufacturer, East Lancashire Coachbuilders, which was based in Blackburn. East Lancs Overseas was the part of East Lancs in charge of taking orders and exporting buses outside of the UK. After going into administration, the company was bought by the Darwen Group
