East Greenwich High School is a public secondary school located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, U.S. The school serves students in grades 9-12 in the East Greenwich Public Schools system.

East Greenwich High School was established in 1942. The school moved to its current location in 1967.

As of the 2005-06 school year, the school had an enrollment of 735 students and 62.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student-teacher ratio of 11.9.[2]

As of 2007, the school principal is Michael Levine.[1]
