East Blackstone Friends Meetinghouse (also known as "Mendon Lower Meeting" or "Smithfield Monthly Meeting") is an historic Quaker meetinghouse on 197 Elm Street in Blackstone, Massachusetts.

The meeting house was built in 1812 and added to the National Historic Register in 1995.
