[edit] Merge?

should this be merged with 'earwax'? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 220.237.5.13 (talk • contribs)

Haha. It was spun off less than 24 hours before you posted this. ;) — RevRagnarok Talk Contrib 13:26, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, I did the deed :) I apologize to those who wrote the bulk of the article when it was still a section in earwax, their work and effort does not show up in the history of this article. However, I think the item deserves it's own article since it really a unique thing on its own with its unique history and cultural connections. Sjschen 22:04, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Performance

Feels like heaven getting your ears cleaned, I swear. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.132.31.72 (talk) 06:33, 23 January 2007 (UTC).

Its like, staying in bed in a warm house while looking out into the night while its snowing. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by AllStarZ (talkcontribs) 07:08, 4 February 2007 (UTC).
I'm wary of doing it so often that it's not as soothing anymore. Pomte 07:35, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

Boy oh boy do I agree, it feels amazing. But as Pomte said, doing it too many times lose it's charms, kind of like sex.{{unsig|24.224.154.12}

No, no, no! Removing earwax hurts like hell, especially when you have a mother eager to test your new earpicker, and shot to shoves it so far in your ear canal, you're thinking "Well, my eardum's gonna be shot to hell." Fortunately, that hasn't happened...yet. -- John R. Sellers 01:35, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Danger warning needed

However nice it may feel, it is a dangerous practice. See the external links in the ear wax article, and some of the discussion. 80.2.194.3 12:57, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
