One week after the initial release of Phatso, Jamie Madrox released an alternate recording of the album known as Phatso: The Earth 2 Version, which was intended to be sold on Twiztid's 2006 Guillotine tour and on the Psychopathic Records webstore, Hatchetgear. The Earth 2 Version of the album contains a number of remixes and alternate versions of some of the "Phatso" songs, as well as guest artists, extra skits, and an additional song that did not appear on the original release. Showing Madrox's love of comic books and DC Comics titles in particular, the name of this remix album is derived from the Earth 2 storyline that has been featured in DC books.
