(17 U.S.C. § 107) *It is unlikely that a freely-licensed image suitable for illustrating the subject performing his unique "Madman" persona will be found, owing to the nature of the subject's career in early television (unlikely that there are any freely-licensed images taken during this period, depicting the subject in the role of "Madman" Muntz actually behaving like an insane person on air), and one cannot be created as the subject is deceased. This photograph is necessary to establish how Muntz portrayed himself and a simple written description is insufficient in depicting the persona.
