Earthling (band)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Earthling was a 1990s trip hop band from Bristol, UK. It was composed of rapper Mau and producers Tim Saul and Andy Keep.[1]
The group produced two albums before splitting: 1995's Radar (with scratching and guitar by Portishead's Geoff Barrow) and 1997's Human Dust. The group had moderate success, appearing on Jools Holland and being remixed by Portishead. They had a number 1 single in Israel.[2]
Saul now makes music for documentaries and adverts. Mau appeared on both Télépopmusik albums. Keep teaches at Bath Spa University.[3]
