Earthdive

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Earthdive is a global project of divers, snorkellers and ordinary citizens to protect the ocean ecosystem. It maintains Global Dive Log - a unique database developed in partnership with the United Nations Environment Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC), Coral Cay Conservation (CCC) and marine biologists from all over the world. Individuals can enter observational data to the database to help produce a global snapshot of the state of our world's oceans.
