Earl McGraw is a fictional character played by Michael Parks. He appears in several feature films by Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino.

[edit] From Dusk Till Dawn

In the opening sequence of From Dusk Till Dawn. A Texas Ranger, McGraw goes to a liquor store where, unknown to him, killers Seth and Richie Gecko are hiding. Before McGraw can leave, he is shot in the head by Richie who mistakenly believed that the store's clerk whispered "Help us" to McGraw. He apparently survived this incident, somehow.

[edit] Kill Bill Vol. 1

In Kill Bill Vol. 1, Earl McGraw (with his son Edgar, investigates the massacre at the Two Pines Chapel, where ten people were alleged to have been killed. He soon discovers that the bride, Beatrix Kiddo, is still alive. In Kill Bill Vol. 2, McGraw does not appear; however Michael Parks plays another character, Esteban Vihaio.

During the Grindhouse segment Planet Terror, McGraw is forced to kill his wife after she turns into a zombie, while his daughter Dakota takes refuge in his house. McGraw does not reappear until near the end, where he saves Dakota by killing her infected husband Doctor Block.

McGraw, accompanied with this son Earl, visits a hospital after Stuntman Mike's first attack. He is the only person aware of the fact that Stuntman Mike was responsible for the deaths of five girls, but Mike is cleared of all charges because the girls were intoxicated.
