Earl William Billings (born July 4, 1945) is an American character actor who may best be known as "Rob" (of Rob's Place) in the TV series What's Happening!!. He is also recognized for his participation in ads for Aflac. He has appeared in many TV shows and films, such as Something New (2006) and Antwone Fisher (2002). He has an upcoming role in a TV pilot for ABC show called Miss/Guided, co-starring Judy Greer and Brooke Burns.[1]
Billings was born in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Willie Mae Billings.[2]
