Earl Banks (born 11 June 1924; died 27 October 1993) was a head football coach at Morgan State College (now called Morgan State University) from 1960 to 1973 and athletic director from 1970-83. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1992. Banks died at age 69 as a result of a car crash in Baltimore, Maryland.
